With over a decade of event-planning experience, Bruna and Karla Medeiros built Peek into Perfection on the belief that every detail tells a story. Their journey began in 2010, when they worked together at a nonprofit organization producing large international conferences that brought together professionals and scholars from around the world.

Bruna played a pivotal role in managing event planning, fundraising, catering, and visa coordination for participants traveling from multiple countries. She also contributed to the academic component of the conferences by analyzing papers submitted by both national and international participants, distributing them among scholars for review, and collecting essential data for institutional census reports.

Karla specialized in creating seamless experiences for keynote speakers and VIP guests — crafting personalized travel itineraries, coordinating flights and accommodations, and designing hospitality experiences that reflected professionalism and warmth.

Together, they also collaborated on translating the organization's website into three languages — English, Portuguese, and Spanish — ensuring accessibility and connection for a global audience.
